Inherent Law Group is owned and operated by Messianic Jews and Torah-Observant Christians. The Who, What, When, Where, Why & How

Who?

Inherent Law Group is a mature, modern and meticulous law firm seeking experienced, technically-savvy professionals in all areas. You will be working with a coherent team of passionate people who care about God's best for others and pursue justice for all.

What?

Most positions are Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time with a 360-hour performance-based evaluation timeframe and 720-hour benefits vesting period (which includes medical, dental, vision, identity protection, legal protection, retirement, and a great work family)!

When?

We expect 12-22 hours a week of productive work time from our newcomers BUT you make your own schedule with our FlexTime benefits (as long as 50% of your work time falls within our regular office hours of Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM EST).

Where?

Our firm is headquartered in Washington, DC. Maintaining regular in-office hours is only required for Firm Partners and Specialty Attorneys. Most other staff members enjoy our "work-from-anywhere" FlexPlace benefit (pending a distraction-free work environment).

How Much?

Everyone from executive to entry-level work hourly. Your initial rate is based on experience, education and expectations and subsequently increased by evaluation of your engagement, execution and effectiveness. Plus, a 1% quarterly net-profit bonus is divided equally among all employees.
