Website Terms of Use
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “TOU”) govern access to and use of the Site, including browsing, viewing Content and submitting information through public Site features such as web forms and Telecommunications Features. These TOU incorporate the General Policy Terms (“GPT”) by reference. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the GPT.
TOU-21.0 Incorporation and Scope

These TOU incorporate the GPT, which are included as if fully set forth here.
TOU-21.2 What these TOU cover
These TOU apply to public Site activity, including viewing Content, clicking links and submitting Submissions through public forms and Telecommunications Features.
TOU-21.3 What these TOU do not cover
If you use a feature governed by other Policies (for example the Portal, E-Sign workflows or Online Payments), the applicable Sub-Policy and any feature-specific terms presented at the time of use apply.
TOU-21.4 Québec restriction
We do not offer the Site or Services to residents of Québec and may restrict access from Québec.
TOU-22.0 Acceptance and Discontinuation
TOU-22.1 Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these TOU and the GPT.
TOU-22.2 If you do not agree, discontinue use
If you do not agree, do not use the Site and discontinue use immediately.
TOU-22.3 Updates
We may update these TOU from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update becomes effective means the updated TOU apply.
TOU-23.0 Permission to Use the Site
TOU-23.1 Limited permission
Subject to these TOU and the GPT, you may access and use the Site for personal, informational use.
TOU-23.2 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display Site Content except as permitted by law or expressly permitted by the applicable Policy Center notices.
TOU-23.3 Trademarks
Names, logos and branding associated with the IP Owner or the Operating Firm may be protected and may not be used without permission.
TOU-24.0 Prohibited Conduct
TOU-24.1 General rule
You may not use the Site in a way that violates law, interferes with Site operation, compromises security or infringes the inherent, God-given rights of others.
TOU-24.2 Automated access and scraping
You may not access, monitor or copy any portion of the Site using automated means (robots, spiders, scrapers or similar tools) without written permission.
TOU-24.3 Security and interference
You may not:
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected system
- bypass, disable or interfere with security or access controls
- introduce malware or harmful code
- attempt to disrupt or degrade Site performance
- use the Site in a way that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Site or interfere with another party’s use.
TOU-24.4 Misuse of forms and Submissions
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, abusive or deceptive, or that includes Sensitive Information or PHI through public forms, Chat or messaging features.
TOU-24.5 Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Site to protect Users, systems, data or our rights.
TOU-25.0 Public Forms and Submissions
TOU-25.1 Submissions are voluntary
If you submit information through the Site, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
TOU-25.2 Sensitive Information and PHI
Public Site forms and Telecommunications Features are not intended for Sensitive Information or PHI. Do not submit Sensitive Information or PHI unless we have confirmed representation and provided a designated secure method as described in GPT-10.3.
TOU-25.3 No guaranteed response and no monitoring obligation
We do not guarantee a response to any Submission and we do not have a duty to monitor public forms or Chats continuously.
TOU-25.4 Use of Submissions
We may use Submissions to review, route and respond to your inquiry and for related administrative purposes.
TOU-25.5 Retention and deletion
We may retain or delete Submissions in accordance with our recordkeeping practices, the GPT and applicable law. We do not promise indefinite retention or availability of any Submission.
TOU-26.0 Attorney Advertising and Public Information
TOU-26.1 Attorney advertising
Certain portions of the Site may constitute attorney advertising where required.
TOU-26.2 Past results
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
TOU-27.0 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookie and tracking disclosures and user choice mechanisms will be described in the Privacy Policy and any related cookie notices we publish in the Policy Center.
TOU-28.0 Telecommunications Features
TOU-28.1 Availability and Third-Party Services
Telecommunications Features may be provided through Third-Party Services and may not be available at all times.
TOU-28.2 Not for emergencies or deadlines
Telecommunications Features are not intended for emergencies. Do not rely on click-to-call, Chat, SMS or WhatsApp for time-sensitive communications unless we have expressly agreed in writing.
TOU-28.3 AI Agent and Human Agent interactions
Chats may be handled by an AI Agent, a Human Agent or both. AI Agent output is general information only, may be inaccurate and is not legal advice. Additional notices or disclosures may be presented based on jurisdiction or channel. See GPT-8.9 and GPT-9.5.
TOU-28.4 Recordings and Transcripts
Where permitted by law, calls and Chats may be recorded, stored and transcribed. By using Telecommunications Features, you consent to Recording and Transcript creation where permitted. If you do not consent, do not use those Telecommunications Features.
TOU-28.5 SMS and WhatsApp
If you provide a phone number or initiate messaging through SMS or WhatsApp, you authorize communications to that number or account regarding your inquiry and related administrative purposes. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP where that functionality is supported.

The Site may include Third-Party Links. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
TOU-29.2 External tools
Some Site pages may embed or connect to third-party tools. Your use of those tools may be governed by third-party terms and policies.

If we publish referral links or route requests to third-party providers, details are described in our Policy Center's Affiliate Disclosure Notice and, where appropriate, near the relevant link or content.
